Love Luxe currently accepts payment via all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal or BACS bank transfer.

We also accept Klarna

Shipping

All of our items are sent insured and tracked.

With our Free UK Shipping we aim to get your new purchase to you within 3-5 working days, however if you are needing your item quicker than that then we recommend our Express Shipping which is £11 and will have your item with you in 1-2 working days.

Returns

At Love Luxe we understand that you may be hesitant to purchase a luxury item if you are not 100% sure that the item will be the correct size for you. Therefore, we offer a 14 day return period. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and within 14 days we will be happy to provide a full refund of the items cost.

Refunds are issued 7-10 working days from the date of the item being received back to Love Luxe.

When purchasing luxury footwear we kindly ask that you try them on on a soft carpeted surface, to prevent any scratching / damage to the soles before you decide if the fit is right for you.
