Payments, Shipping And Returns


Love Luxe currently accepts payment via all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal or BACS bank transfer. We also provide a Lay Away service where goods can be paid for in installments. For any further information on payments or to arrange a Lay Away please get in touch.



All of our items are sent either via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Deliver (orders under £50) or via Special Delivery 1pm (orders over £50). We always aim to get your new purchase out to you within 2 working days, however if you are needing your item quicker than that then please do contact us and we will try our best to get the purchase out to meet your time needs.



At Love Luxe we understand that you may be hesitant to purchase a luxury item if you are not 100% sure that the item will be the correct size for you. Therefore, we offer a 14 day return period on all clothing and footwear should your item not fit. As long as the item is returned in its original condition and within 14 days we will be happy to provide a full refund of the items cost.

When purchasing luxury footwear we kindly ask that you try them on on a soft carpeted surface, to prevent any scratching / damage to the soles before you decide if the fit is right for you.

Accessories and handbags are non-returnable.
